Your graduation certificate will be issued upon successful completion and verification of your qualification. It will be sent to you via email, so there is no need to wait for the graduation ceremony to receive it. However, you will also be presented on stage with the same official certificate from the college during the graduation ceremony.

Graduation is by invitation only and is open to all students across every faculty who have successfully completed a qualification with the college, including those who finished their studies in previous years.

If you are studying a packaged course and have completed only one qualification so far, you are eligible to attend graduation for the successfully completed qualification. You will also be invited again each time you complete another qualification within your packaged course.

• registered and paid their Student Graduation fee by Friday 31st July 2026

No. You will be presented on stage under the most recent faculty you studied in, even if you are no longer studying with us. While the specific qualification will not be announced during the ceremony, you will receive your latest certificate in a graduation cylinder on stage. This approach is designed to ensure students have the opportunity to graduate while they are still in the country, rather than waiting until all qualifications are completed and risking their visa expiring.

Attendance is not compulsory, but we strongly encourage you to take part if you can. Graduation is a special milestone and a chance to celebrate everything you’ve achieved during your studies.

It’s also a great opportunity to share the moment with your classmates, family and friends, take professional photos, and mark the end of an important chapter in your life. Many students find it a meaningful way to recognise their hard work and create lasting memories before moving on to the next stage of their career or further study.

Whether you’re still studying or have already finished, we would be delighted to have you join us on the day to celebrate your success.

Yes, you are very welcome to attend. Graduation is open to all eligible students who have successfully completed a qualification with the college, including those who have already finished their studies. We look forward to welcoming you back and celebrating your achievements with us.

No, if you and your guest are located in Australia, they do not need a Visa Invitation Letter. They still require a guest ticket to attend.

You will be required to pay $25 for each additional guest ticket.

Once you have registered and paid, your tickets will be emailed directly to the email address provided on the registration. Once you receive your guest attendance tickets, you may forward tickets to your guests. Guests will need to provide their tickets to our staff to enter the auditorium before the ceremony begins.

Students must provide the guest tickets to their guests before entering the auditorium, as students and guests will be seated separately.

Graduation Gowns:

• It is important to measure your height correctly (head to toe) with a tape measure; please do not guess
• Gowns are suitable for all body types and are worn over your graduation outfit.
• We are unable to change your gown size on the day of your graduation

Graduation Hats:

• With built-in elastic, our graduation caps fit everyone comfortably, therefore one size fits all.

It is important to measure correctly with a tape measure.

• Students registered for the morning session are required to arrive at 8:30am for gowning, registration and professional photos

• Students registered for the afternoon session are required to arrive at 1:30pm for gowning, registration and professional photos
• Guests may be seated once the auditorium doors open (1 hour before the ceremony)
• The afternoon ceremony will begin at 3:30pm

Morning Graduation Ceremony (All Locations)

8:30am to 12:30pm

• • Students are required to arrive at 8:30am for gowning, registration and professional photos. The ceremony will conclude by 12:30pm

Afternoon Graduation Ceremony (Sydney 8th October 2026)

1:30pm to 5:30pm

• Students are required to arrive at 1:30pm for gowning, registration and professional photos. The ceremony will conclude by 5:30pm.

To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel your registration no later than Friday 31st July 2026 by visiting the cancellation page on your graduation portal here. Cancellations must be for a valid reason, such as a visa rejection or medical issue, and must be supported by authorised evidence that can be verified.

Important notes:

• you will not be refunded any bank charges or debit/credit card fees by either party
• if you cancel your registration, you will not be able to attend your graduation and your guests will also not be able to attend. All tickets issued will become invalid.

If your guest is unable to attend, you can edit your registration by signing in to your graduation portal here. Click on the “Edit my registration” button and click edit under “Number of Guests”.

If any of your paid guests wish to cancel, you will receive a refund if you cancel by the cancellation cut-off date, Friday 31st July 2026.

We cannot guarantee there will be available seats on the day of graduation. Each auditorium has strict attendance and seating rules, so please be prepared that we may not be able to allow any more guests. 

Should there be spare seats available on the day, your guest may attend providing they pay the attendance fee:

No, you will be required to sit in the front of the auditorium with your graduating peers within your faculty so that you are in the correct order for the ceremony.

You will be able to join your family and friends after the ceremony and have an opportunity to take more photos.

We kindly ask you to respect your fellow graduating peers and wait until the ceremony has ended to leave so that it does not disrupt the photos and videos taken of other graduates during the ceremony.

We also advise you to stay so that you will be included in the graduation group photos which is lots of fun!

To be eligible for an invitation to this year’s Graduation Ceremony, all graduating students must have:

No, unfortunately, we must adhere to our strict certificate issuance cut-off date of Monday 27th July 2026.

If you have missed the cut-off date, you will be able to join our next Graduation Ceremony in 2027.

Yes, you can join if you register and pay the $129 student graduation fee by Friday 31st July 2026. 

Please note:

• you will be responsible for the cost of visa, flights, accommodation and transportation
• we will not be responsible if your visa is not granted or if you cannot attend the graduation ceremony
• if you cannot attend, you can apply for a refund before Friday 31st July 2026, excluding any international bank transfer or debit/credit card fees

It is important that you arrive at the time stipulated on your graduation ticket for registration, gowning and professional photos.

If you are late, you may not be able to have your professional photo taken and may not be able to join the correct cohort on stage to receive your certificate.

It is important that all graduating students wear the same graduation attire to the graduation ceremony.

Yes, our professional photographers will be there to capture your special moment. All digital photographs will be provided at no extra cost and are included in the student graduation fee.

Please allow up to 4 weeks after your graduation for digital photos to be uploaded to the Graduation Registration Page. 

Unfortunately we will not be able to share any raw footage of photos or videos.

Please note, we will email students the link once all photos have been edited and uploaded.

• Canterbury League Club – Yes, there is ample free car parking available on site at Canterbury League Club.

BRISBANE

• SunPAC – Yes, there is ample free car parking available on site at SunPAC.

HOBART

• Hobart Town Hall No car parking available at the Hobart Town Hall, however there is limited car parking and street parking available within walking distance to the venue.
• Hobart Town Hall Nearby Parking – Alternative options include Market Place Car Park, 6 Market Pl, Hobart TAS 7000 and Dunn Place Car Park, 3 Davey St, Hobart TAS 7000, (both a 4-5 minute walk to the Hobart Town Hall)

Please allow enough time to organise your transportation to the venue.

If, for some reason, on the day of the graduation, you are unable to attend the ceremony, you or your guests will not be eligible for a refund. However, you will still be entitled to collect your graduation attire at the college campus until Friday 30th October 2026.

Please note that if your graduation gown is not collected by Friday 30th October 2026, it will no longer be available for you to collect. You will not be eligible for a refund.
